- State law mandates that all agendas be posted at least 72 hours before a meeting.
- City Council and Planning Commission meeting agendas are published online and in the City Clerk’s Office, no later than the Friday before the City Council and Planning Commission meeting date. The City Council and Planning Commission agendas are also posted in the kiosk adjacent to the Council Chamber doors.
- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, if you require disability related modifications or accommodations, including auxiliary aids or services to attend or participate in the City Council, Planning Commission or other Boards, Commissions or Committees meetings, please call the City Clerk’s office at (562) 431-2527 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
