Make a Payment Online
The City of Seal Beach now accepts payments online for all city services. For Utility Billing, Parking Permits, Parking Citation and Recreation Fees, please use the links below. For all other payments, please use the last link at the end.
Utility Billing
Online Payment is a free, easy, convenient, and secure method for paying your monthly utility bill online using your Visa or MasterCard. To make a payment for utilities, click on the link below.
Parking Permits
Parking citations can be paid by mail, phone, online, or in person at the Police Department. To pay online, please click on the link below.
Online Class Registration (Recreation)
The City support online class registrations and allows for payments to be made online.

All Other Payments
For all other transactions, including business license, utility users tax, transient occupancy tax, permits, planning fees, and any other payments, please click on the link below. Please note that the City accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover) and checking account. Paying via checking account is FREE. Payments via credit card will be assessed a 3% processing fee. This fee is will be assessed separately and does not go to the City of Seal Beach. It is paid to the 3rd party processing company.
