BEACH LOT PERMITS:

Beach permits are annual permits that give access to park in the 1st Street, 8th Street, and 10th Street Lots. They may be purchased by residents and non-residents and are non-transferable. A beach permit cost:

• $117 for residents
• $70 for resident seniors (65+ / income less than $35K/year)
• $180 for non-residents.

The city does not replace lost or stolen beach permits, and they must be purchased at the total cost to replace them.
